I help connect people to the reuse movement through in-person events in New York City, especially with the reuse of textiles and clothing. You can often find me volunteering my time at a local clothing swap or free store, or hosting craft nights out of my communal home.

What I do
Mending Workshops
I facilitate clothing mending, community building workshops in collaboration with local businesses in Brooklyn. The goal of this workshop is so people feel more connected with the items in their closet.
Slow-Poke Collective
Together, myself and my dear friend Leala Rosen lead Slow-Poke Collective. Every other month we create programming for community members to finish a textile craft, all from second-hand materials. In the past this has looked like intro to embroidery, sashiko-style mending, DIY bag charms, and DIY Patches on Corporate Swag.
